We are a specialized shop for Japan import books powered by Samurai Media Works. We are located in Tokyo and the largest distributor of Japanese publications in cross-border e-commerce sector.
Are the products BRAND NEW condition?
Yes, all our products are BRAND NEW and have been stored in our warehouses after delivery from publishers or suppliers.
Why are books on AKIBA EXPRESS INC affordable than anywhere else?
We have established direct partnerships with over 50 major publishers and book suppliers, enabling us to source products at reasonable prices.
While many other sellers on platfroms engage in "retail arbitrage," purchasing inventory from retail sources and selling them at higher prices due to additional intermediate costs, we can deliver Japanese products, reducing the unnecessary costs, and passing on the savings to our customers.
Can I get detailed information about the products?

Shipping fee is included in all product prices, and there are no additional charges.
How fast is the delivery of the products?
The delivery time generally depends on which state in the United States you reside in, but typically, it will arrive within 6 days or even sooer.
Do you ship to all states in the US?
Yes, we ship to all states in the US.
Do you offer international shipping to countries other than the US?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are actively working on expanding our services to include international shipping in the near future.

Will I receive order confirmation and shipping notifications?
Yes, you will receive order confirmation and shipping notifications. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. When your order is shipped using Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), you will also receive a shipping notification email with the tracking information. This way, you can easily keep track of your package until it reaches you.
Do you accept return?
If there are any significant delivery damages that are unacceptable or issues such as receiving the wrong product due to our fault, we will accept the return within 14 days.
